This was an early project, designed for sites that maintain a section of links in their website. The concept is fairly simple, displaying a list of links with titles and descriptions, but our version adds extra features to make this an excellent addition to any site. Links can be organized by category, and in addition to user-defined categories, the system includes several built-in categories for functions such as displaying recently-updated links.

The link system also includes a function to add attributes to each link. The primary purpose for this is to set links as "featured" (which typically display on the root page of the link directory), but can also be used to set a secondary attribute. For example, an open-source developer can use it to designate sites using their product, or a hosting provider can designate sites hosted with their service.
